For rent - a free standing rehearsal room in an electronically locked and gated courtyard. My band has been in this room for three years now. We share it with a couple individual artists and another band. One of those bands is leaving and we are looking for a new trustworthy bunch to share with. The space is safe and secure with 24/7 access and the ability to play as loud as you want whenever you want! It is not lumped in with other rehearsal rooms either! Located behind a three story high electric garage, you can pull a car right up to our door(great for load in/out). Plenty of street parking as well! It is also great for recording! There is an 8 input interface in there that we are happy to share - along with mic stands and cables. However, we love our gear and we have nothing but respect for other peoples gear... we would hold you to the same standard. We keep the space clean and never leave behind trash but we aren't stiffs. Drink and smoke weed in the room all you want, just don't trash it. If this sounds like a difficult standard to hold yourself too, do not contact me. Three guitar amps, keyboard amp, bass amp, four mic stands, drum kit, XLR Cables, PA and mixing board provided. The full piano has been removed from the room. Obviously plenty of room for more gear so contributions appreciated. We really want to keep it a plug in and play room! We are looking for one other band to share with. Its truly one of the best rehearsal rooms in Brooklyn. Five people can jam comfortably. We have a google calendar set up so everyone knows who is in the room and when. We can work with everyones schedule to block out guaranteed nights/days you know you can/will be in there. But for the most part it is a free flowing calendar that just requires communication between bands. Really easy system. About us: Mid 20s and looking to meet some other skill, make some friends and play shows - we usually rehearse two nights a week and use the space sporadically for recording.
