1 position EXPERIENCED Property Maintenance Tech needed IMMEDIATELY. Experienced in but not limited to, plumbing, painting, drywall repairs, minor electrical and daily issues that may arise. Drivers license and vehicle are required as you will be going between 4 properties, all with in 5 miles of one another. Background check required. 1 Position open for someone that may have limited experience, but willing to learn. 8a-5p Monday - Friday. Willing to be on call, as needed or alternate weeks/weekends.
