Quirk Auto Dealers has an opportunity for a motivated individual to work with the best dealership in New England! The Building Maintenance Worker will perform light electrical and plumbing repairs and general grounds keeping as well as daily upkeep of vehicle service bays, restrooms and floors. Willing to train competent individuals who may lack experience in some of the areas of job duties. Company phone, vehicle and tools are provided while working. Extra income available during snow events when assisting with snow removal. Please provide hourly desired rate and qualifications. The hours for this position are Monday thru Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm Job Duties Responsible for daily upkeep of commercial buildings (light electrical, light plumbing, painting, snow removal, and general building repairs) Daily work includes general building maintenance at adjacent company owned properties in Manchester Basic knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical and HVAC Operation of cleaning machines, forklift, scissor lift, plow truck and other equipment as needed. Other duties as assigned Abilities/Skills: Independent worker with strong communication skills Time management and priority assessment skills Ability to identify issues and determine what repairs are needed Valid NH driver's license with clean driving record Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods of time Must be physically able to perform repairs as needed Ability to lift up to 30lbs at a time Benefits include: Full Time - Health, Dental, Short & Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance.
