Looking for workers to help maintain properties throughout the state! *Physical labor - must be capable of lifting 75 lbs, on feet throughout day, working in cold/heat, and maintaining a quick pace* Work day begins at 7 AM, average shift lasts 10 hours, work vehicle + equipment provided. Shifts Monday-Friday, occasional Saturday work. -Landscaping: grass cuts, shrub trims, tree trims, leaf removals, weed removals -Property Clean Outs: removing trash, mattresses, paint/chemicals, pools, etc -Home Improvements: janitorial work, painting, pressure washing, drywall repair, tile repair *Valid driver's license preferred - smart phone needed for work use*
