Inspired by a lyric from OK Computer’s “Paranoid Android,” Gucci Little Piggy is a Minneapolis-based supergroup comprised of well known musicians with a shared passion for the music of Radiohead. The band includes Al Church, George Hatfield, Don House, Ryan Rupprecht and Alex Young. Joining Gucci Little Piggy for this Radiohead tribute will be Dave Simonett (Dead Man Winter, Trampled By Turtles), Aby Wolf (Dessa, Wolf Lords) and others! Meeting People Is Easy, an innovative feature-length documentary directed by Grant Gee, follows the band Radiohead as they embark on their 1997 world tour in support of OK Computer. The film follows Radiohead as they play a series of large concerts and hold extended press conferences, all of which take a physical and mental toll on the band. The 90-minute film received a limited theatrical release in the US and UK and was later nominated for the Best Long Form Music Video at the 42nd Grammy Awards in 2000.
