Great full-time career opportunity in the construction field of Radon mitigation. This is a quickly growing trade with endless opportunity! We pay to train from the ground up generally takes 4-8 weeks or if you already have experience in the Radon industry/other trades the training can go more quickly. Pay for training is $700-$1000 per week. Training will involve shadowing our experienced technicians during mitigation system installations as well as crawl space encapsulation Once you are through training we will provide a vehicle as well as the necessary tools for the job. You will be installing 2 Radon mitigation systems a day Monday through Friday so 10 systems a week. Starting pay for installers is $100 per job and is only based on completion of the job, not the amount of time spent to complete the job so once you get good at the installation process you can have some pretty short days. Pay per job will increase with experience starting with a 90 day review. A clean driving record is required. This is a physical labor job so you will need to be able to complete physical tasks on a daily basis. No education level required. This really is a great opportunity for people looking to get into a financially stable, Monday through Friday career.
