Local guitar/bass seeks original collaborators

Looking to get a creative original project off the ground again - I play G or B, sing/harmonize well. I have a lot of very good original songs and ideas but looking for the right collaborative elements to make this the best it can be for everyone involved. I do have a space to practice at my home (good for about 4-5 people), and very good gear to record with (hardware/software, mics, bass, drums etc.). I am mid-50s, experienced, but not locked in to one style - anything from the the 50s to the 90s has influenced me somehow. Not interested in pre-defining the outcomes. I don't want to lead or be lead. Looking for consistent, reliable, mature people with writing skills to bring to the table. I do want to play out, but only if it showcases the music.
