Location: 15222 McKaskle Rd, Sugar Land, TX 77498 Job Description: Fort Bend Recycling is looking for a talented Heavy Equipment Operator to process scrap metal daily, as well as to serve as a heavy equipment operator in other capacities as needed. Experience operating mobile shear and motor crackers preferred. Job Duties: • Work at the direction of the Yard Manager to perform and assist with meeting daily production goals and other mobile equipment needs, including, but not limited to: operating Hyundai with motor cracker attachment and a mobile Shear as needed to process and prepare material. • Regular scheduled availability of Monday thru Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (2nd Shift). Qualifications: • 1+ Year(s) work as a Heavy Mobile Equipment Operator • Experience with Heavy Equipment and Heavy Industrial Operations. • Shear and Motor Cracker experience a plus. • Scrap metal industry experience a plus. Pay Rate: $17.00+ / hour, negotiable and commensurate with experience.
