Cat needs home asap

I have a 1 yr old cat I had rescued when she was a kitten. She is up to date with her shots and recently got spayed ( paperwork for everything). She desperately needs a new home. Landlord says she has to go. He is ok with me rescuing but I can't keep her.. there is a small rehoming fee to ensure she goes to a good home.
