Dr. Felice has distinguished himself as a master therapist. He received his Master’s Degree and his Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in the Department of Counseling Psychology. 9:45a.m. Break 10:00a.m. Breakout Sessions (morning & afternoon-select three) Dane County’s Jail Ministry – Todd Marcotte. Chaplin Todd Marcotte serves as the Dane County Jail Chaplin. He supports people in Dane County who are incarcerated, their families and their communities. Community Alternative Response Emergency Services (CARES) - Paco Bonnin. Paco is a crisis paramedic with the CARES Program. He has over a decade of experience in emergency services, from 911 to critical care flight and deployed medicine. Catalyst For Change – John Adams, President & Michael Moody. CEO. John Adams Is a Madison College graduate with a degree in Liberal Arts and he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from University of Wisconsin, Stout. Michael Moody holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Dane County Journey Mental Health – Robin Lickel LPC CSAC. She is a licensed trauma-informed psychotherapist specializing in treatment services for people with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders. 11:00a.m. Repeat of Breakout Sessions (see selections above) 12 Noon Lunch – Outdoor Patio at Entrance 1:00p.m. Keynote Speaker-Dr. Cheryl Gagne. Cheryl Gagne, Sc.D., directs a training program for Massachusetts addiction professionals.
