Plumber Needed for Bath Pipe and Fixtures

Hello. I am looking for an experienced plumber. We are using another tub on another floor but it is becoming bothersome. I am open to your pricing per hour, or for the job, and thank you in advance for your time. This is a tub/shower combo. The fixtures were difficult and the spout diverter stopped "pulling up." On the handle, it is very difficult to pull on and push off. I removed the spout, and the threaded piece at the end, and I saw the small pipe protruding was very small, the universal spout I bought would not fit, and even if it did, the pipe is not so straight and bent a bit. I am looking to replace the handle and spout. I am hoping to get the photo like in number 3 pic. It is a turn left for on, and left for hot. No more pull on push off. There is a closet behind it, and I don't care that you cut a hole in wall to access pipe, to lengthen it or however it is done, there may be an access already. I will move the washer and check this.
