I have a couple of houses that need some projects completed. I need a competant handyman for the following work immediately. I need Outlets, Switches and Plates, lights, electrical.. done. Some glue down vinyl plank floors jobs, some click laminate Replace, repair or adjust doors, and install knobs. Dumpster onsite for the trash you create... This is a 1099 position, You get paid by the project. Materials are onsite usually... You will get a list of work and sign a contract to complete it. Its good work for a good worker, You need a decent vehicle, I keep getting people with no transportation.. Pay is generally 5-10 days after Completion, Day Contracts pay in 3 days usually. This is not bid work, there is a set installation price structure..
