On Saturday ( July 30th) join The Metamorphosis Women’s Empowerment Initiative and associates at Dansbury Park in East Stroudsburg, PA for some family fun And health Empowerment. Put on your sneakers, grab your your mat and leggings and join us for free health screenings, Covid testing and immunization, free yoga and Zumba classes, Raffles and Give aways and best of all free food. Meet multiple organizations devoted to keeping our communities healthy. Volunteers needed also if you’d like to help.
