We run a vacation rental business. The primary need we have is for someone to clean the 3 units we have. We do have other work as well. Bonus if you can do simple handy man repairs as well. This job has the potential of becoming a management position for the right person. If you are reliable, responsible, trustworthy, and wanting to take on the responsibility of managing this business, then consider this an opportunity to prove yourself and earn that position. Pay: Starting at $20/hr. If you do well it will be increased, possibly up to $25/hr or more...but you do have to prove you are reliable, trustworthy and efficient. If you end up managing then we can negotiate what that pay will be and along with the responsibilities. Other Benefits: Great and healthy work environment with good people and frequent meals. Family business without drama...and we want to keep it without dramas. You must have reliable transportation. * Typical hours are 10am - 4pm * Any day of the week. * It is random when guests check out, but usually there is usually 5 days per week there are check outs and until school starts again. We operate all year so we also need you during the off season as well, just less frequently. * Part or Full time work is possible. If you are on drugs, of any sort, including marijuana, skip this job. We only want clear headed people working for us. If you think people cannot tell you are on drugs...LOL...you are only fooling yourself......even in "your own time" it does affect your job performance. We have plenty of experience with people who are using, so we will notice. We won't keep you around long if we discover that you are using.
