The instructor Ebony is known in the DMV area as a free spirit individual that teaches an all-levels style flow. Ebony has a unique way of getting a student out of their mind and into a pose. This class will offer a mixture of poses from beginner to advanced level so that students can experience what the body is capable of and what it cannot do "YET". If you have not had a chance to flow with Ebony on the mat, I invite you to class and if you have experienced Ebony before, then we welcome you back. With this class being offered at Jirani Coffee House, we open space for you to mingle after class and get to know the Community.
