Guests are greeted with an aperitif before dining on a multi-course progressive meal with suggested wine pairings or crafted cocktails. Chef Tonia Renae owns an Organic Garden where she grows a vast majority of the vegetables she serves at these events so the menu changes with the seasons and the availability of fresh ingredients.
