Tree City Film Festival - 50 Hour Challenge Kickoff | Friday, September 16, 2022 at 6 p.m. in Downtown Sylvania (location TBD) Registration ~Deadline | September 14, 2022 at 9 PM ~$55/ Team ~$45/ Student Team  The TCFF’s 50-hour Challenge (10th ANNUAL) is an exciting and intense weekend that invites teams of filmmakers to write, shoot, edit, and publish their own short films in just 50 hours. Teams must attend the Kickoff on September 16 to receive a series of elements that must be incorporated into their film – things like a particular genre, prop, line of dialogue, character name, and shooting location. After the allotted 50 hours are over and the films are accepted, they are juried by a guest panel of judges that are currently working in the film industry. The winning films will be premiered at the Tree City Film Festival on November 5, followed by an awards ceremony. Awards will be given for first place ($500), second place ($250), and audience choice ($100). Curious as to what types of films our community can produce in a fast and furious weekend of fun?
