Come join Us at the 1159 South Community Garden, located on the corner of West Grand Ave and S. YellowSprings St in Springfield, Ohio. This mental get-a-way will be led by Taylor Mykal. Mykal is a psychologist, professor, and director of Racial Justice and Equity who utilizes meditation, mindfulness, martial arts, psychology, and other holistic self-care tools to walk individuals through steps of self-discovery for spiritual, mental, and physical healing. Massages are a must when it comes to mental getaways. Raasheedah Stream LMT owner of "Rah's Healing Hands" will be present gifting massages. Let's not forget about the mimosas!!!!
