Grab a bite from Loving Healthy's Indigenous Chef and pull up a chair to listen to Jim Kelly play old rock and roll hits! New to the market this week, Be Slightly Better! Come meet Jamie and Andrew and check out their fresh-baked energy/protein Oatballs. Flavors include: Peanut Butter, Cinnamon Burst, Dark Chocolate Sea Salt, and Maple (vegan). It's peak season for produce, fruits and berries so check with each farmer to fill your fridge this week with the freshest local Swiss chard, lettuce, microgreens, kale, cabbage, tomatoes, corn, beets, zucchini, yellow squash, cucumbers, patty pan, peppers, onions, garlic, herbs tomatillas, green beans, okra, eggplant, potatoes, blueberries, peaches, baking apples, and more There will be breads, cupcakes, croissants, English muffins, baked goods; both gluten free and traditional, apple butter, jams, jellies, honey, maple syrup, olive oils and vinegars, meats, poultry, eggs, teas, pet treats, soaps, candles, flowers, alpaca artisan products and more, all locally sourced and produced.
