Join for a sweet afternoon of relaxation, connection, and healing with a journey through sound. Allow yourself to experience the sacred vibrations of the Crystal Singing Bowls as they wash over you, deepening you into a meditative state and allowing your body to restore and cleanse. You will be guided through a knowledge discussion, meditation, and a small connection exercise before finding yourself among the waves of the bowls. Originally from Western Ma. Michaela has been practicing and facilitating Healing through Ascending Sunflower and as a Leader through Insid3out Mind, Body, Soul in Austin Texas. Michaela utilizes an array of modalities to support one's overall well-being. By creating a space that allows an individual to slip into a state of being so their spirit can be heard, one is able to tap into their own innate ability to heal. Michaela has spent the past decade bridging the gap between Social Work and Spirituality with an emphasis on healing the whole person and empowering people to access their power to heal and live life.
