This Community of Practice is a 2-day Learning Community immersion for churches that have already completed the arc or involvement of the 3DM Learning Community. It will be assumed that participant churches already know 3DM tools and language. This is primarily a Network event for churches that are part of the 3DM Network, committing to go on the long-term journey together. There will be input from Paul Maconochie and other 3DM Leaders, as well as churches sharing best practice with each other. We will be going back through the 3DM arc of involvement over the next two years, but with a focus on deepening our understanding of how to get breakthrough and build missional discipleship movements out of our local churches.  The focus of this Community of Practice will be a continuation on a focus of the emerging generation; with an emphasis on how seasoned and newer leaders work and grow together. Non-3DM Network church teams can join this event if they are 3DM Alumni (i.e. have completed a full 3DM Learning Community). 3DM Community of Practice  Anticipated Schedule Where small changes to exact schedule and order may be expected, start and end times each day are adhered to as much as is possible.
