Job duties and responsibilities cover most aspect of this position. Proficiency in all of them is not required; a good mechanical aptitude and the willingness to learn is important and required: • Complete work order assigned to them in a timely manner based on priority identified by manager. • Provide routine updates to management (on demand) • Maintaining grounds of properties assigned • Ground maintenance snow removal, landscaping, trash clean up, and tree pruning. • Physical ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs, and to perform other physical work needed. • Record-keeping: Daily timesheet records as well as inventory and material use. Qualifications: • Must past a background check • Must have a reliable vehicle (good driving record with insurance) • Must live in an area local to Green Bay • Have an active cell phone • Bilingual (not required, but a plus) INTERESTED PERSONS CAN RESPOND TO THIS AD AND ATTACH RESUME
