We are looking for an experienced Estimator with at least 2 years of experience working for a General Contractor on construction projects. Candidate should have experience in Insurance restoration work. Knowledge of Xactimate a PLUS. Job Responsibilities: • Customer Service • Job documentation – notes made daily • Sub-Contractor scheduling • Project Management – visit job sites daily • Set and manage budgets • Deal with Permits/Inspectors/Engineers/Clients. • Making sure jobs are on time and on budget. Skills Needed: • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) – must be fluent in English – Spanish is a PLUS • Must have clean driving record • Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, internet, basic office programs • Ability to work in Xactimate is required • Problem solver with a can-do attitude, must be flexible • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously We are a drug free - Equal Opportunity Employer.
