Welcome to South Philly Community Acupuncture! We are happy to share with you our Summer Herbal Tonics Workshop with Krystal Cepparo. In this class we’ll explore 2 herbal perennial plants that are helpful during the summer months to hydrate & cool down, both topically and internally, while connecting more deeply with the self and the land through Herbalism. We will make a couple recipes, learn about the herbal actions and uses of these plants. The class will end with a short plant walk to explore other herbal friends that exist right in our backyard! Krystal Cepparo is a Licensed Massage Therapist with South Philly Community Acu. and certified hypnotist working out of her home studio in Port Richmond. She is also an herbalism student with the school of Arbor Vitae. Excited to share her knowledge of Herbalism, Krystal aims to empower our community to understand how easy it is to incorporate herbs as a resource for wellness and connection. There is so much to learn from the plants right in our backyard! Krystal looks forward to guiding you in that connection, sharing recipes and knowledge, and gathering with you and our local plant friends! :: Details This event will be held at South Philly Community Acupuncture in the Workshop studio located on the 3rd floor. At the end of the workshop we will have a local plant walk in South Philly.
