CSE, Inc. is a well-established structural steel erection company searching for ironworkers, welders, riggers, and laborers. Year-round employment, competitive wages and benefits available. On the job training to the right candidates. In-house training available to become a certified welder. Job Type: Full-time – Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour (based on experience) Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid time off • Holiday pay • 401k • Bonuses Job Qualifications/requirements: • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly with supervisor/co-workers and understand directions. • Must be able to utilize basic math and read a tape ruler. • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb, bend, twist, stand and reach repetitively, operate moving equipment, and work in hot/cold/damp/cramped environments. • Must be able to work at heights up to 100 feet. • Candidate may be required to pass a drug test and criminal background check based on job location/requirements. • Traveling out-of-state limited to NY and NH. Provided by company: • Hard hats • Harnesses • General safety equipment (gloves, eye protection, etc.) Must Have/be: • Proper required hand/trade tools. • Able to operate equipment (ie: scissor lift, aerial lift, forklift, etc.) • Working cellphone with voicemail • Valid and working email address • Dependable Transportation • Dependable and team player with SAFETY FIRST in mind at all times
