ACP Composites provides carbon fiber components, customer parts and composite solutions for customers worldwide and performs all their own manufacturing and quality. This position will have primary responsibility for ordering facilities supplies and cleaning/maintaining the offices, shared spaces and warehouse. There is a $1,000 taxable signing bonus advanced on first paycheck. Responsibilities: • Under supervision of the Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor, execute facilities and warehouse cleaning checklists o Perform daily, weekly and monthly routine cleaning on the warehouse and machine shop work centers o Primary office, conference room, breakroom and bathroom cleaning and maintenance o Follow SOPs on how to safely perform tasks • Disinfect all high touch surfaces such as door handles, timeclocks, faucets, telephones, and desks • Sweep and mop tiled floors in hallway, breakroom and bathrooms • Stock vending machine in breakroom weekly • Report when facilities products need to be reordered • Vacuum carpeted offices and conference room • Clean two bathrooms • Twice daily garbage and recycling removal from warehouse and common areas, such as the bathrooms and breakrooms • Responsible for warehouse organization and cleanliness • Assist with loading and unloading trucks when large deliveries arrive • Support the Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor and/or Maintenance Technician when they require a “second set of hands” • Assist with set up and breakdown of Company meetings, events and customer meetings • Check AED functionality and first aid supplies status monthly; reorder as needed • Make recommendations to improve overall process flow with maximum efficiency in mind • Perform other duties as assigned by management Requirements: • Prior janitorial/facility cleaning experience • Attention to detail • Needs little supervision once trained • Able to fill out basic checklists of daily tasks and turn in daily • Team player • Excellent communication skills • Regular attendance • Good attitude and willingness to maintain high cleanliness standards • Ability to balance and handle multiple assignments • Able to lift heavy items, 30 regularly and 50 pounds occasionally • Ability to stand and work on feet for 8 hours a day (with regularly scheduled 15-minute break once every 4 hours and a 30-minute meal break) Benefits: After 30 days: medical, dental & vision insurance. 120 hours of paid time off in the 1st year, increase by one day each year until year 5 = 160 hours.
