We bought a male green cheek conure (Rio) in early May. He was hatched in early February 2022. The reason we decided to buy a second conure is because we had a female conure (Coco) at home who needed a companion. Coco flew away a few days ago because we forgot to close the window. We are very very sad and Rio is very sad too. He flies down to the floor ever since and walks around the whole house looking for Coco. We think it's better for Rio to have an environment change. Rio gets along with other conures very well and seems to be a little timid around human but has great potential. Family or an environment with other companion birds will be very suitable for Rio. We did a sex DNA test and the report is available. I will charge a rehoming fee of $485. Please reach out if you are interested in.
