Mobile Home Community Maintenance Person Needed: We are looking for a maintenance person for various jobs at serval nearby communities including, but not limited to, light plumbing work, weekly trash pickup/cleanup, moving furniture, landscaping cleanup, lawnmowing, mobile home repairs, etc. This is a physical job. You must be able to use all hand tools competently and safely. Having your own tools and transportation is required. Candidate should have a smartphone to log their hours, describe projects, take notes, log work orders, etc. This is a full-time salary position, and requires the ability to occasionally be on-call after business hours and every other weekend (3 hours max). You'll enjoy autonomy and independence in your day. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are REQUIRED. Mobile home maintenance experience is PREFERRED. Potential growth in the company is attainable with great work ethic. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $35,000.00 per year Schedule: 8 hour shift/Day shift (Mon.-Fri. 8am to 4pm) Every other weekend (3hrs max) On call (for major emergencies only) Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay (based on performance) Experience: Mobile home community maintenance- 1 year (preferred) Well work (preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: Five(5) Communities in the surrounding area Apply Today!
