The stigma surrounding mental illness keeps many people who have depression, anxiety, panic attacks or other mental health challenges from seeking help. It is our goal to educate the community at large about mental-health issues and supports to help reduce stigma as well as provide resources. Join us for this family-fun, community event that will include vendors, food, music and exercise as Eustress aims to break down barriers and build awareness in minority communities.
