A locally owned and operated Denver Commercial Construction and Building Maintenance Company seeks a General Construction Employee. The ideal candidate would have complete knowledge and understanding of methods associated with the renovation of residential and commercial buildings. SKILLS REQUIRED: • 5+ years of Residential/Commercial Carpentry, Service, Installation and maintenance. • 5+ years of general construction experience, including finish carpentry • Understand the dynamics of a Residential and Commercial plumbing: electrical and HVAC systems • Understand the appropriate materials and supplies necessary for each step of the job and generate accurate materials lists. • Ensure on-site Subcontractors are performing within scope of work • Physical ability to climb on roofs, into confined spaces and carry 50 -75 lbs. • Ability to work independently • Maintain accurate records of time and materials for each job. • Must have own tools • Professional appearance/demeanor and positive attitude • Clean driving record/background check and drug free • Provide exceptional customer service Please respond with your resume, qualifications, salary requirements and contact information.
