Every animal spirit has medicine to share to support us during different phases on our unique path.
We will connect to the spirit and essence of Bear Medicine through pranayama (breathwork), gentle yoga postures and stretches, and a relaxing guided meditation.
Each animal embodiment class, you'll journey deep within to connect with and integrate the magical medicine of our animal guide.
Class will be facilitated by Erin, hatha yoga & reiki practitioner.
All levels are welcome!

What to Bring:
- water or other form of nourishing hydration
- journal (if you'd like to record any guidance or thoughts you receive)
- a yoga mat, blanket, or towel to sit on
- feel free to bring a cushion if needed for meditation
Please come dressed in comfortable attire appropriate for gentle yoga and stretching.

Registration + Logistics: This offering is held in person in Claremont, California. Only *FOUR* spaces available. Guests must preregister to reserve their seat.
