Offered by LaGinia Dove, this class focuses on issues that all parents deal with in wanting to help their children succeed at school. From academics to social adjustment, she will help parents understand what they can do to support their child and help them thrive in the difficult environment of school today.
LaGinia Dove has been teaching elementary school for 10 years. She received her high school diploma from Spartanburg High School, bachelors degree in education from the University of South Carolina, and masters degree in educational leadership from Queens University of Charlotte. Prior to teaching, she served 9 years in the military and 7 years as a Spartanburg police officer. In her spare time, she enjoys going to church, traveling, and spending time with her own 3 children.
