Allure is the leading Window Treatment company in the Philadelphia area. We are looking for an experienced installation technician with electrical background, to join our team. The experience is a must, but may be in 1 of the following fields: *Window treatment installation - 3 years minimum (Preferred) * Smart home installation - 1-year minimum * Residential electrical wiring - 3 years minimum * Carpentry - 3 years minimum * Entry level considered Job and Skill Requirements: * Clean and valid driver's license - No DUI/Drug history * Reliable - Produce good results time after time * Positive attitude, problem solver, and a "get things done attitude" * Clean appearance and professional manners * Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner * Can work independently or with a team - Good communication skills * Bilingual is a plus but not a requirement We will be asking you to fill out an assessment prior to our in-person interview.
