Thank you for your interest in attending MLCM’s LIHTC Compliance Workshop. Training will be held in our offices in Camp Hill and class size is kept small to allow plenty of time for interaction between participants and instructor. There will be a break for lunch (on your own). Light refreshments will be provided in the morning.
Registration:
The registration fee is $299 per person.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given for cancellations received within one week of the date of the course or for registrants who fail to attend. A $25.00 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations.
MLCM reserves the right to cancel the Workshop for lack of registrations. If this should occur, a full refund will be made. However, MLCM is not responsible for any related costs. MLCM will inform registrants of this decision at least seven days before the workshop.
