Wednesday, August 3rd Tasting in our Banquet Room 6-7:30 p.m. $35 per person (Plus Tax & Gratuity) Light Hors D'oeuvres Reservations Are Required About St. Supéry in Napa Valley: St. Supéry Estate Vineyards and Winery is a 100% Estate Grown, sustainably farmed winery located in the renowned Rutherford growing region in the heart of Napa Valley. The winery combines French château tradition with Napa Valley terroir and a focus on Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and other red Bordeaux varietals. Tasting -Winemaker's Notes: Domaine de l’Ile Rosé Porquerolles from Provence, France The 2021 Domaine De I’Ile Rosé displays a luminous pale pink color. Bright strawberry, raspberry and grenadine aromas are invigorated by hints of pink grapefruit notes from the Cinsault. On the palate, red berry flavors are joined by rich red cherry from the Mourvèdre and notes of blackcurrant and spice from the Syrah, leading to a long, refreshing finish with touches of saline. Sauvignon Blanc Estate Napa Valley This is a bright crisp sauvignon blanc with citrus zip, flavors of lemon, lime, yellow grapefruit, and lime zest combine with a fennel and caper vibrancy. Green and yellow hues present in this wine with exotic aromatics of pink grapefruit, green lime zest, lemon citrus with undertones of fennel and green olive. Sauvignon Blanc “Dollarhide Estate” Napa Valley This white wine presents brilliant hues of pale yellow and green. Fresh aromas of lemon, lemon custard, basil and anise are complemented by a vanillin thread, from the element of subtle new French oak. Lemon and lime citrus flavors follow with the essence of pear. The toasted oak qualities from the barrel maturation have encouraged a full rich mouth feel, along with the subtle creaminess of the sur-lie maturation. This sauvignon blanc is crisp with rich flavor. Merlot “Rutherford Estate” Napa Valley A burgundy shade of red commences this wine. Aromas of black plum and black cherry combine with graphite, milk chocolate, and black pepper with a subtle thread of vanilla from the toasted oak. A generous merlot with nice freshness on the palate show casing juicy blackberry and toasted oak. ¬There is a cocoa powder texture with smooth tannins and a long finish. Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Blend Opulent purple and red hues present in this wine. Cassis, black plum and anise aromas combine with subtle vanilla from the toasted oak. Juicy blackberry and black currant flavors mingle with black licorice, espresso and toasted oak in this structured yet elegant cabernet sauvignon with velvety tannins. Cabernet Sauvignon Blend “Élu” Rutherford/Dollarhide Estate Élu, meaning “chosen” or “elected” in French evolved from St. Supéry Winemaker, Michael Scholz and renowned Winemaker, Michel Rolland’s desire to craft a red wine blend each year that is a seamless and elegant reflection of our two properties.
