Start your morning with a guided meditation and gentle movements to honor the body followed by a few rounds of Sun Salutations to energize and warm up postures to stretch the body.
This 75-minute class will focus on standing balances, hip mobility and incorporating breathing techniques into the practice. Join us in store afterward for coffee and a private shop event.
