Join us in welcoming the Sturgeon Moon for this month's Full Moon Beach Yoga gathering on Delray Beach. This will be the last SUPERMOON of 2022, one not to miss! Weather permitting, we will gather on the beach across from the Opal Grand Resort and enjoy an invigorating & clearing all levels yoga flow which will wrap up as the moon is rising over the ocean and the sun is setting in over the West horizon. WHAT: A vinyasa-yin yoga practice ending with meditation led by Pedro Luna & Jessica Om WHERE: This gathering is being held across the street from the Opal Grand hotel, which is located on the corner of A1A and Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach. PARKING: There is metered parking along the street as well as a public lot parallel to the hotel. Please feel free to arrive early if you'd like to meditate, journal, breathe, or just hang at the beach. Class is held by donation. ($15-25 suggested). All Ages. All Levels. WELCOME. Park on A1A or at the Opal Grand Resort.
