Enjoy a unique twist on traditional Sonoran-style favorites, complete with carefully curated premier tequila tastings. Menu Welcome Cocktail: Margarita Organica- Dobel Silver tequila, fresh lime juice, agave, splash of soda water First Course: Citrus Vinaigrette Salad- Romaine lettuce, rotini pasta, corn, chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumber and grapefruit slices tossed with a fresh citrus vinaigrette First Course Pairing: Watermelon Margarita- Silver Tequila, watermelon juice, lime juice, agave and topped with sparkling water Second Course: Mahi Mahi and Shrimp- Blackened Mahi Mahi and shrimp served on top of caramelized onions and jalapenos topped with roasted poblano crema and mango salsa Second Course Pairing: Partida Anejo Third Course: Crispy Tinga Tacos- Crispy corn tostadas topped with a mix of shredded chicken, chorizo and bacon, cooked with chipotle, tomatoes, and onions.
