Fully equipped studio looking to partner with creatives for a timeshare agreement. Hours of operation: 8am through midnight daily. Staff will always be on-site to assist if needed. Timeshare opportunities are as follows: Day Rate for use of Recording Studio: $250 for 8 hours Unused time can be rolled over and scheduled based on availability within six weeks but you will still be responsible for the payment of your allotted time. Terms will be in the contract. 20 Hours: Recording Studio: $600 Recording Studio and use of rehearsal area with stage: $750 40 Hours: Recording Studio: $1000 Recording Studio and use of rehearsal area with stage: $1500 80 Hours: Recording Studio: $1750 Recording Studio and use of rehearsal area with stage: $2500 The recording area is 400 SF and is a part of a 1200 SF creative space with a stage and gallery wall.
