Description

The RAND Corporation is seeking to speak with direct care staff working in assisted living facilities. We are now completing interviews to address equity in representation for residents, families, and staff in decision-making in assisted living and in skilled nursing facilities. Results will establish a path for residents, their families, and front-line staff to help with the changes the pandemic has brought on. The interviews will be approximately 30-45 minutes long and conducted via phone or video call. We will provide an Amazon gift card of $50 for participation.
