Rehoming a female border collie

This is Addi.. she is a year old non-altered border Collie. The gentleman who has him now literally has no time for this poor dog. She needs family and a place to run around. She's got a lot of energy and is in need of training. If you are interested I am charging a $40 rehoming fee just so I know that she goes to a good home but I'm fully aware that nobody has any money anymore that's why it's $40. Can be seeing after 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
