Remove 2 boards on a deck

Description

To fix a water problem underneath the deck, need to remove 2 boards. The boards have screws that are old and rusty and don’t come easily at all. Don’t want to destroy the boards as I will put them back after I fix the water problem. I don’t have any special tools to remove broken or rusty screws.
