Starving hound needs help!

Hello there! A very friendly hound dog showed up at our homestead this morning, and she is such a sweetie! But she is SO skinny. I couldn't turn her away so I fed and watered her and she's in a temporary outdoor dog run. Unfortunately I CANNOT keep her! I already have 3 dogs and they one is aggressive. And I cannot afford another one anyway. Please help! If anyone wants to give her a good home, or knows of a rescue or foster home that would be able to get her the proper care and vet attention she needs. She's really so sweet.
