The majority of properties we work on are occupied, we are NOT doing rehabs, turns or remodels, these are maintenance calls for single family homes. Integrity First Maintenance is a contractor-focused platform that provides 1099 contractors with scheduled work orders based around the contractor's availability, location, and skill set.
