Hello - we are seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance Technician based in Austin to perform building upkeep, preventative maintenance, and act as a liaison between the building tenant and the property management team. The job is perfect for a driven individual who is a self-starter and has excellent attention to detail. Job Duties include: - Perform regular inspections of the property - Perform general building maintenance - Perform custodial, grounds, maintenance and repair work - Perform painting and drywall patching when necessary - Keeps building appearance (interior & exterior) up to tenant and owner standards at all times - Replace light bulbs/lamps and clean fixtures - Perform plumbing repairs as needed - Inspect roof and windows leaks - Respond quickly to emergency situations and tenant concerns - Inspect and provide upkeep to landscaping, common area and parking facilities if necessary - Assist the Owner in contracting vendors - Acts as liaison between vendors and property staff - Purchase supplies and materials - Ensure that tenant’s questions and concerns are being responded to in a timely manner - Other related duties and special projects - Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws. Qualifications: - 4 Years experience as a Handyman or in a Maintenance Role preferred - Must have their own tools - Must have own transportation - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines. - Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies - Ideally lives close to the property This is a part-time position requiring approximately 12- 24 hours per week Please contact us with a bit of background about yourself and your resume.
