Rehoming a pair of Cockatiels - Pending pickup

I have one DNA tested male cockatiel (Mango) and one that I believe and was told that is female (Lucy). She has never been DNA tested to verify. They are both skittish when you are trying to get them out of the cage, but once out Mango will hop on your shoulder and Lucy will cuddle at your neck most of the time. Though their vocabulary is limited both speak. They will say "Hey baby", "Whatcha doing" "Good boy". They are very active birds and CAN get noisy from time to time especially when craving your attention. Looking to find them a good home. They have bonded more to each other than to me but with some time and patience will bond to you.
