Need help with my PA

Hello craig's list musicians I need a sound person to help me get my pie system in order I have a peavey xr at And I have all of the cables I have monitor speakers and I have manes But I am at a loss On how to get the optimum performance out of it there are so many outputs And I'm not sure if it's me but the mains are super noisy but the monitors are not. This would take 1⁄2 an hour to an hour at most as I have the whole system set up it would just be a matter of where to plug in the outputs and setting a few levels In four channels. I'm a very inexperienced sound person And maybe this mixer is just trash but I can't seem to get it to cooperate. Don't judge me LOL please just help At the risk of something completely stupid Throwing out an SOS. My church is hosting an event And I'm in charge of the sound. I can pay somebody to help me get this dialed in I just need help asap
