Private Family Seeking Compassionate Skilled RN or LVN to Provide In-Home Care for Active 93-year old Dad ($40-$55/hr) Our family understands the value that an incredible nurse can bring to a person’s life; which is why we’re hoping to find a compassionate, skilled RN or LVN to join our dad’s team of caregivers as the Team Lead and Caregiver Coordinator. This person will provide a positive, safe, and healthy environment through a combination of direct patient care and administrative support. Our ideal candidate will have 10 or more years experience in nursing, possess a current LVN or RN license, and have a positive attitude. Other skills that will be important for success in this role are: • People management skills • Impeccable organizational skills • Adaptability and ability to problem solve We want you to have the flexibility to spend nights and weekends with your loved ones. The schedule for this position is 6am-6pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Additionally, we request 24/7availability for emergencies and answering nursing questions from the caregiver team.
