Clean my atrium's 16 windows - paying cash

I need someone to wash the ~16 windows in wood frames in my atrium/sunroom as well as the exterior doors/windows on the house. I need the 16 windows cleaned inside and out. If this ad is up, I'm still looking. Email, text me, or call me. I need your help cleaning the big bank of exterior windows (top and bottom, inside and out) that you see in the attached photos. The atrium with the stuff in it is empty and ready for cleaning. You can call, email, or text me. Texting me is better than calling. I'm located in West Eugene on Barger past WinCo. I'm looking for this job to be completed by the end of the day Saturday, July 31st. You'll need to bring your own supplies. I have a ladder + hose you can use. When you get in touch, tell me about your experience with pressure washing/window cleaning and when you could tackle this gig. I'll need to meet you to let you into the property. I'm paying cash for this gig: $150. Let me know if you think something else/more is fair.
