We are family owned and operated, and we are seeking a driven and detail-oriented candidate looking to take their career to the next level! This is an opportunity to be trained on the job and quickly become a Crew Chief in our company. After training, our average Crew Chiefs make $80k-$100k per year. What makes us great? -$500 Performance bonus after 90 day probationary period (based on criteria being met) -Full insurance benefits package (Health, Dental, Vision, Life) -401K & Matching Packages -CWF Restoration Branded Work Attire -Paid time off -Weekly pay and uncapped overtime What’s the job? -Assist in Repairing homes that have suffered damage from water or fire -Serve under CWF’s Crew Chiefs to remove water, mold, and damaged property to prepare for restoration projects -Setup and operation of dryers, fans, dehumidifiers, and other mitigation equipment Keep job sites clean and orderly What should you bring to the table? -Must be able to twist, bend, and lift up to 75lbs on a regular basis -Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation -Must be reachable via phone -Ability to work a rotating schedule (4 days on, 2 days off) -IICRC is a plus but not required! *$500 Hiring bonus to be paid out after satisfactory completion of 90-day probationary period. Must comply with criminal and motor vehicle background screenings when applicable.
